Question: OR/CR from bank

Hello! Tapos na yung auto loan ko from Metrobank. Last check was encashed last July 26. Tanong lang. Gano katagal bago marelease ng bank ang original OR/CR and release of chattel mortgage? Katatawag ko lang kasi sa kanila at wala pa raw until now. Late na kasi ako ng two weeks sa registration ng car. Gusto ko sana isang lakaran na lang sa LTO.

Di lang LTO ang kailangan mo para mawala yung nakasulat sa CR mo na may utang pa sasakyan mo, pupunta ka pa ng Registry of Deeds para ipaclear yan sa libro nila.

Alam ko yun, sir. What I meant was napaclear ko na sya sa Registry of Deeds bago ako magpunta ng LTO para magparehistro. Hindi yung pauli-uli pa. Kaya need ko na sana yung original OR/CR galing sa bank. Called again kanina, sabi nila nasa collections pa raw yung bola. Hopefully, next week marelease.

Kaya kaya ng isang araw yung magprocess ng clearance sa Registry of Deeds at magparenew ng registration sa LTO? Thanks!
