May 30th, 2008 06:44 PM #11My friend plans to go to media muna then file a case against PSbank, I told him na mahaba talaga sa processo nito, but then he said matigas daw talaga ang manager (assistant manager yata), clearly the unit has a problem, ayaw ba daw ibalik ang pera and still insists in the validity of sale...
The head office in makati ang kausap nya.. I also informed the PSbank manager near our area, they will help by bringing the matter up to the board kasi ayaw nila ng bad publicity din...
I personally plan to bid a unit at PSbank, pero with this situation, mahirap na talaga...

Pwede bang kasuhan ang PSBank ng accessory to the crime of carnapping (well, paano magiging tatlo ang or/cr niyan unless hindi na carnap di ba?)
Siguro its only on the midlevel management yan at hindi alam ng higher ups ng bank.
The damage is done. Your friend may charge this to experience pero paano naman yung iba pang unsuspecting victims?
Saka i check nya mabuti yung pinirmahan niya. The bank manager might be holding an ace against your friend dahil dun sa pinirmahan.

Sa Amang Rodriguez yan in Pasig. If I were your friend, try to have it settle by the bank first. Pag di nila na ayos na malinis ang papeles ng Pica, then expose sa media then sue the bank bago sya ang mademanda sa gulo ng papeles ng kotse nya. hehehe
Goodluck.

Thanks for the info. Was it possible to have the unit checked first at TMG before final payments are made?

May 31st, 2008 07:27 AM #16Dun na yata sa amang rodriguez ang area din..
THE BEST WAY TO DO IT and POSSIBLE is to get clearance muna of the unit before mag-bid.. para walang problema.
In this case, who could ever expect a problem like this can occur in bank.
I think sa mid-level management ang kausap ng friend ko, the mid-level doesn''t want daw to get the pica back and insists on the sale.... Buti nalang, at earliest time, pina-TMG ang pica, kungdi, he could never have known.
I think, para walang gulo, PSbank should take responsibility on this case, dahil sa kanila na binili ang unit, di ba?

June 2nd, 2008 10:39 PM #18As of today, june 2, 2008. My friend have resolved the problem na raw.
