Process of insurance claim

hello,

i finished submitting the documents and had my car inspected for my insurance claim last monday. after four days, i followed up on my claim today and the adjuster informed me that he is still waiting for the registration of my documents. i would just like to know what registration is he talking about, is it a standard procedure among insurance companies or is it something unique to this insurance company. if anyone knows anything about this kindly help me understand as i'm estimating the time when i would be able to have my car repaired.

probably what he meant was yun filing/process ng submitted documents mo sa office nila. signatures of the officers etc.
