    mga sir, magtanong lang ako tungkol sa claim ng comprehensive insurance, nacarnap kasi dati ang sasakyan namin l300 fb, Nakuha na namin lahat ang dokumento, Certificate of Non RECOVERY, Lto documents, kumpleto na po lahat, ipinasa na namin lahat sa insurance, almost 2 months na rin sa insurance, ang ginawa po ng insurance, gusto yung mga dokumento me certified true copy, so after ilang araw natapos na rin namin yun, hinahanap naman ngayon nila yung 2 orig na susi, hindi ba dapat isang susi lang? dahil nasa bank po yun isa susi dahil nakamortgage pa? di po ba kapag nirelease ng casa yun sasakyan, yung isa susi sa owner at 1 sa bangko? ano po ba ang magandang sabihin sa insurance tungkol dito. maraming salamat po.

    ah, ok sir thanks sa reply po, kung ganun, kung 2 susi ang naibigay sa hipag ko, kasi sa hipag ko po ung nacarnap na sasakyan, at nawala sa kanila yung 1 susi, ano po ba ang magandang dahilan na sabihin sa insurance, sabihin ba na nawala yung 1 susi? kasi yun na lang po ang kulang na hinihingi nila.

    walang kinukuhang susi ang bank...sabihin niyo nawala na.

    Bakit kailangan me dahilan na maganda? Ano yan carnap me?

    ang dahilan ng pag carnap sir, nakapark sa bodega nilang maliit, parang kuwarto lang, stay in yung driver, gising na yung driver nun, meron daw nagpaandar nung sasakyan, paglabas daw nya, paalis na raw yun sasakyan, ayun hindi na nakita. sa bandang abad santos, yung kasunod na araw, me nacarnap din bandang barrio obrero, nangyari 5am ng umaga, kaya ingat po tayo dyan sa lugar na yan.

    dalawang susi ang binibigay syo at wala sa bangko.
    ganun na lang ang sabihin nyo sa insurance na kasamang nakuha yung isang susi...

    Never pa ako naka experience na kinuha ng bank yung key ng car on loan/mortgage.

    guys pangit rin service sa FEDERAL PHOENIX , di na nga i-declare total loss yung totally submerged car mo babaratin pa yung palit ng parts mo. they do not really care for the safety of their clients, ang mahalaga sa kanila makatipid. balita ko nga madali kausap bpi/ms sa mga nasalanta ondoy. lesson learned. iwasan na natin ang mga walang malasakit na insurance company.

    if im not mistaken, the TS might be right, since some financial institution handles you one key and the other key is with them.... parang sigurista style ang ganyan na financial institution, in protection for future reference if a customer refuses to pay the monthly dues, then they can repossess the vehicle as the financial institution holds the other key....
    same as it goes, have you wonder that OR and CR is within the financial institution until you completely have payed for the loan, then thats the time only that the car's name will be transferred on your name as the owner of the vehicle after complete payment of the loan....
    this not only happens on car loans but also on motorcycle loan(s).....

    TS, sorry to hear about the loss of your vehicle...

    a bank will never get the other half of the key. period. true, original copy of OR and CR are in their possession and your's the photocopied file. If your contract loan goes beyond 3 years and due for CAR REGISTRATION, you will keep then the original OR and the bank will not run after the copy. After then the contract finished, you will get the original CR and Release of Chattel Mortgage (ibang usapan na to)....
