Hi guys. First time post po ito.

Me floor price and may bidding price.

Lets say may vios na 350k(floor) then 320k ang bid.

Pano to?

    Then kailangan ng mortgage/Chattel?

    Insurance and LTO?

Salamat sa makakasagot sa tanong ko.

bid price lang. pag walang ibang nag bid sa iyo na. experience ko sa psbank 1st to pay down payment wins if the bids are the same. kung gusto mo raise mo yung bid mo but why would you do that.

pwede i-finance. 50% down 50% remaining mortgaged to the selling bank. mostly short terms lang, 1-2 years terms. yes syempre pag mag loan ka ng car may chattel mortgage fee. plus insurance during the term of the loan. after full payment may chattel cancellation fee. and yes ikaw ang magpaparegister sa LTO. di lang simple registration yan, change of ownership ang required so be sure the bank has all the papers in order (meaning legit ang paghatak nila sa original buyer or else di mo matratransfer sa name mo).

get a very good mechanic. walang test drive dyan. you are just allowed to inspect the exterior, interior and engine. you are allowed to start the engine and go through the gears without moving. so di mo makikita kung may issues sa transmission (since hangang kambyo ka lang and not allowed to release the clutch pedal and brakes) at sa suspension. check the oil very well since sometimes previous owners sabotage the vehicle (putting rubbing compound in the oil then puncturing the oil filter so the engine gets damaged) or diluting the oil with kerosene. lalo na sa auto tranny super dali isabotage nun. if you do find a vehicle that seems to be in good order do still CHANGE ALL OILS AND FLUIDS to be sure. matagal na nakagarahe mga units na yan so atbthe very least may condensation na sa engine and tranny.

As long as hindi pa awarded or sold ang unit pwede pa syang ibid. Pag cash mo babayaran parang until next day or may specific time na dapat fully paid na, if for financing naman reservation fee muna then apply ka ng loan. You must take also into consideration kung saan nakaregister yung unit as much as possible dapat hindi tumawid ng dahat dahil mahal ang cancelation and transfer nun. And also as is where is basis ang mga unit kaya dapat may kasama kang mekaniko or marunong tumingin

Ang laki naman ng 50% down. Required talaga na 50%?

Hindi pwede ung mga 30% lang?. Then ung mga LTO/mortgage/insurance. Aabot ng 200+ ang down for a 350k vehicle..

    Chattel fee around 10k
Cancelation and transfer fee around 10k-20k depende kung saan nakarehistro ang unit
Insurance will be base on fair market value ng unit

ipon ka na lang and get brand new.. mababa na down and interest rates ngayon compared 5 or 10 years ago.. at least brand new.. may warranty.. no headaches for the next 3 years..
