Naalala ko dito yung pinapabasa sa aming case ages ago involving a company called perla compania seguros. antique na pangalan, dont know lang kung same company your referring to sir.

Sila nga yung perla compania seguros! Sa case na nabasa ko, dineny ng perla yung claim sa ninakaw na sasakyan dahil expired ang license ng driver na nag drive bago na carnap. Ginamit nung perla yung authorized driver clause kahit wala namang connection dun sa theft. Kung pagkakatiwalaan nyo ang company na ganyan mag deny ng claim ewan na lang. but in fairness to perla matagal na yung kaso na yun baka naman nag bago na???
