well, that does input some cause for re-thinking...
i will agree. some claimants do modify their story a bit, to favor their interests.

i recall a tall tale. the claimant made this proverbial "absurd story".
everything fell apart, when the insurance adjuster said, "may we see the scene of the event, and the other car?"

Hello po,ask ko lang if there is such thing as paglabag ng car insurance company sa tagal nila mag process nung letter of aggreement? (LOA) correct me if im wrong,and if kung meron man,paano po ba mag file ng formal complaint against them?kasi 3mos na nung pinasok ko yung car ko sa casa, and from that time on,ang laging sabi lang sakin is hinihintay pa yung LOA. any suggestions/comment would be appreciated. thank you.

Sir you can file a coplain at Insurance Commission.. Pero natry nyo na po ba ifollow up sa Insurance company ang LOA ninyo? Baka po kasi tamad lang magfollow up yung insurance coordinator ng casa kaya natatagalan ang LOA ninyo..

just complete the needed documents.
the compre insurance will answer self-inflicted damages as well.
talk to your insurance guy only. do not talk to the bus people.
let your insurance talk to them in any way.
that is what insurance is for.
so you do not have to run around like a headless chicken.
heh heh.

Try Prudential or standard. Both are good, albeit a bit expensive. But will surely free you of the hassle and headache during the claim process.

Please Ignore my inquiry... Sorry late ko lang po nalaman yung exact car insurance na naka tie up sa Metrobank.. Charter Ping An po pala.. May nakita na po ako dito sa Tsikot for that thread.
