    On average? Around 20K/month not including bonuses.

    Much lower pa yung nasa mga New Accounts, usually mga new hire/ retraining yun eh.

    Around 20 years ago, kaparehas lang ang sweldo nila sa sweldo na isang project research assistant sa UP or any govt research project (around 12K per month)

    Eh kung 20K na ngayon ang teller, mejo umangat na pala ang research assistant kasi around 27K per month na bigayan namin. Yun nga lang wala benefits at mabagal umangat (if ever nga aangat).

    exposure sa mga mayaman na kliente hehe

    Pansin ko magaganda yung mga taga Chinabank. Yun naman PNB prang mga FA ng PAL matanda na kramihan. Sa BDO naman prang cashier ng esem.

    HNW clients don't really deal with tellers, they have a private area where they deal with bankers assigned for HNW clients. These staff come from good schools since they represent the bank.

    OA naman yan magdedeposit lang ng cheke private banker pa mag-aasikaso

    usually iniiwan nalang sa teller mga checke di na pumipila
