are you working abroad? if you are a resident citizen of this country, you need to pay taxes on all.sources if income, here and abroad.
although di pa nga regulated yan. like those working with odesk and all. Someday siguro, pag naubusan na ng kukurakutin ang government.

If you're earning 6 figures a month, declare mo naman kahit na 30k/month income mo para meron kang ITR.
