    Hi,

Newbie question here, just want to ask if for example my Tita is the one who applied for an autoloan and got approved, Can she put the car under my name?
btw i will be the one who will be paying everything. Its just that I dont quite have a good credit rating.

And is there any bank that require 20% downpayment on secondhand cars? 15% downpayment on brand new.
because i am contemplating on geting used 1 year outdated model or brand new entry level car.

    Thanks a lot!

    Good day!

Pa-request naman po ng better qoutation. Parating na yung mirage na pina-reserve ko.
-GLS MT, SRP: P588K less P25K cash discount, 20% DP, 60 mos amortization
So far 26.49% pinakamababang offer nakuha ko from MBTC.

    Pls email me at rbducado*yahoo.com.

    Thanks! =)

Good Day! Ito yong quotation from BDO Cebu. Lemme know your opinion.

All-in financing (LTO, Chattel Mortgage, Insurance)
    Unit Price: P1,119,000.00
    20% DP: P 223,800.00
    Loanable Amount: P895,200.00

    3 years P32,122.76 29.18%
    4 years P25,261.43 35.45%
    5 years P21,332.62 42.98%

Regular Loan (Excluding: LTO, Chattel Mortgage, Insurance)
    Unit Price: P1,119,000.00
    20% DP: P 223,800.00
    Loanable Amount: P895,200.00

    3 years P29,936.98 20.39%
    4 years P23,745.18 27.32%
    5 years P20,155.42 35.09%

Yan ang 2 options ng BDO Cebu. So far, Im planning to avail the All-in Financing. What do you think of the rates given by BDO? Meron pa kayang mas lesser nito? Hope to hear updates from you Tsikoters. Or email me if anybody can give me lower rates pa Dconnects*yahoo.com - Thank You!

Too high. I got 21.4% from BPI last September, and that was before the central bank cut benchmark rates by another 25bps. That's with free insurance, although the participation is a bit high at ~P9,000.

Sir PF, All-in kinuha ninyo sa BPI? Ilang years to pay? Or yong regular loan kinuha nyo na you have to pay the LTO, Chattel etc? Wala pa kasi akong masyadong idea about this kasi first time ko pa nito... Kaya nalilito ako... Sa BDO ako nagpa compute kasi bank ko is BDO but was thinking na i-try ko to other banks para may comparison...

    21.4%, 3months?

Mahal nga yung participation, pero kung wala kang claim for a year e ok na rin saka lumipat.

Mine, 3k participation lang at wala naman akong naging problema sa claims ko later lang.

Four years (Noel, take note). I paid for chattel mortgage and TPL, tapos naka-advance 'yung first month. Pero 'yung next amortization 2 months after pa. Casa took care of LTO. Nag-inquire din ako sa BDO, EastWest, China Bank at PSBank. Pinaka-competitive sa BPI.

    Vios 1.5G MT Php 785,000
    Vios 1.3G AT Php 743,000

    Thank you. PM are welcome.

PS: I know medyo madami yung model, still hesitant pa which of the four to get. Actually, if I could get better rate I still opt for crosswind XT model. So Ijust want to have an idea for the monthly. I want low MoA.

    Thanks.

^ kinompute ko, we got the same quote from MBTC. nasa 8.7ish % EIR nga di ko lang natanong kung OMA, much better than BPI's 10ish% and take note OMA tong mas mahal.
