August 8th, 2009 05:23 PM #1Hi Guys!!
Just wondering....
Im about to apply for a Car Loan and such, so obviously i'd have to prove that im financially capable of paying for a car.
The thing is, im a freelance Sound Engineer aside from owning my own Garments business (its a corporation btw)
Question is how do i include my other income streams in my loan application since i just get minimum wage in my corporation (so that all the profit can be divided for the directors) and i get the serious bulk of my money doing freelance work.
Any loan officers out there who knows how i can input the data (Monthly average freelancing income, Corporate dividends?) in a loan application?

dapat nag fi file ka pa din nang income tax return kahit freelance work.. that will be the only proof na kinikita mo nga yun.. kaso dito sa atin.. pag freelance.. hindi na nagbabayad nang tax..
see my pahabol statement above. i mean, i can go on vacation anytime. but my spouse has her...
