March 18th, 2010 05:17 PM #11[QUOTE=jap_nice;1438393]ask lang po sa mga makakabasa... may timeline po ba to file the accident report for insurance claim? binato po kasi ung car namin while my wife is driving, parang ung style ng isang grupo ng holdapper. luckily, kinapos ung bato, so side mirror lang and door tinamaan. pati kabila side, sa pag iwas ni mrs, sumabit. for security, di na huminto mrs ko, so wala police report or anything. sabi pagawa na lang daw kami affidavit, wala ba kaso kahit more than a month na yung incident?
thanks in advance for anyone who could advise me...[/QUOTE
huwag mo lang patagalin especially after the expiry of your insurance policy kasi pwedeng magduda na ang insurance mo nyan.

March 20th, 2010 06:40 PM #13when i had my "insurance claim" for a complete paint over, kelangan ko ng police report that states what happened to my car.
siempre alam ng pulis na di tutoo ang gagawin nila, me kapalit na monetary amount yon.
It's also called fraud, pero it's my way para sulitin ang past 4yrs ko na binayad sa insurance company, which was never claimed.

*sorry if my question appears to be too elementary. wala kasi talaga akong idea sa mga ganito eh*
Thanks

pa blotter mo na lang sa nearest police station kung saan nangyari then claim mo own damage. Pero pag below sa limit nila yung amount nung repairs you have to shell out for the praticipation fee.

Actually this is becoming the standard. Your policy will include a statement
form for you to fill up. Some do not require to be notarized.
The other trend is the adjuster will be on the site in under 1 hour.
So you don't have to fill up anything.
It will always be better not to involve the Police in insurance claims
for some people. (Some people because only some people owns
insurance companies.) Ayaw nila matuto ang Police sa Claims as there is
a No Fault Clause in the policy. Dali gumawa ng pera doon.
Napakadali gumawa ng pera doon kung Police ka inmho. As in sobra.
Plus sa police din nanggagaling ang Certificate of Non Recovery.
Baka matuto sila.Last edited by mark_t; April 27th, 2010 at 10:39 AM.
