Hello, just acquired a 2014 Toyota Vios. Kung wala ako kakilala na agent pwede rin ba punta lang sa casa na malapit and apply? Nasa gitna ako ng Toyota Alabang at Toyota Bacoor.
If not, ano recommended na insurance for an 8-yr old car? Planning on getting a comprehensive insurance with AOG na rin.
Thanks.
Just get from Ichoose and the likes online, it's cheaper. Mataas ang tongpats sa casa. Kay Nica, inactive member here, mas mura pa kaysa online. Cost is about 2% of insured value, inclusive of taxes.
Btw, baka meron dito may kilala na pwede. VTPL lang, 2013 Honda Civic, hinayang ako sa 8k na premium for comprehensive.
have seen online quotes from Moneymax but looking for those with good experience with dealing with specific companies.
yung hindi sasakit ulo just in case you need to file a claim.
I've had good experience with FPG and BPI MS.
Pero kung nasa system na, pwede mo irenew up until 10years after or kung 20years na kotseSent from my MI MAX 2 using Tsikot Forums mobile app
The problem with old cars is that parts you have to pay a certain percentage aside from the deductible.
betterment or sometimes depreciation ang term nila.
back to the original question. if i were in your shoes mag papa quote ako sa labas from several reputable insurance companies for their rates. tapos dadalhin ko sa toyota mismo and ask if they could match or at least close the gap man lang. considering 2014 Vios relatively di na kalakihan ang premiums niyan. kung kaya tapatan sa toyota or lapitan man lang then i will get it "in house". "in house" meaning same reputable insurance companies pero thru toyota. i feel it is worth the convinience ng "in house" even for a few more bucks.
Hello, just completed the transfer of ownership process. Decided to go with BPI MS. Pinakamababa w/ higher coverage and AON due to current promo.
I see, for info lang, I had mine with Phil British last year, a 2013 Civic, amount covered at 382k, 2k participation at 6.8k premium, probably 8k din if with AON.
Pwede pa ba makuhanan ng compre insurance ang mga old vehicles, those that are more than 10 years?
Si Cathy ata, ung insurer nya beyond 10 years na, and casa pa ang pasok pag claim. But maybe she's paying a premium over the regular 2% premium on insured value.
