How to sell a used car?

hi, im not sure kung may nagpost na ng ganitong topic. i want to sell a first hand used car. ano ano pong dapat iconsider at mga documents na kailangang iprepare. kailangan din po ba ng deed of sale? how to transfer the car registration? i'm planning to buy a second hand car after selling my existing one.

Pa up din po, selling my car just 3 months old due to emergency reasons (under loan)... kapag for example payout po ba sa bangko ang remaining balance, dun na pirmahan ng deed of sale then pa notarized sya? bibigay na din po ba yung susi at kotse at that moment and to follow na lang po yung or/cr, chattel with promisory note? Sasamahan ko pa ba sa registry of deeds ang buyer para ma cancel po yun?

prepare the original OR and CR
prepare a deed of sale
photocopy your IDs
prepare an acknowledgement receipt for the payment.
yung transfer it can either be done by you or the buyer, but i suggest sa buyer na lang. documents stated above will suffice.

kung ibebenta mo ang car under loan, you have to notify the bank so that the PN will be transferred to the buyers name na.
kung huhulugan pa din ng buyer, hindi pa ipapacancel yung chattel mortgage.... i cacancel lang yun pag full payment na.

thanks 1D4LV, kailangan lang pumasa sa CI ng bangko para sya na mag assume. I guess mas safe na to kesa ipa assume ang balance na based lang sa tiwala. At least lipat na sa buyer ang loan...
