Pag bank PO, it is considered as a cash transaction, bank nagbayad full ng kotse. Thats why you dontget the orinial or/cr until your loan is fully paid.

Pag cash, believe it or not but pang gas lang kita ng ahente dun dealers also dont earn as much as you think for every car sold unless youre selling an exotic/ multi million car.

Agents get a small percentage of the DI. Rest goes to Dealership. Pag all-in, bigger interest, bigger income thats why ahentes push for allin promos because, im not sure if its the same in every dealer but where i worked before, agents get a good amount of money for every transaction na allin. Sa iba naman fixed rate like 5k bonus per sale. The rest of the money, sa dealer. Somewhat related to all-in, meron din naman direct loan tawag. Dun jackpot ang ahente. Siya magaayos lahat ng papeles mo, siya pupunta at kakausap sa bank for you, Papasa sa bank allin rate, commission goes directly to him/her. Yun normal DI lang mapupunta sa dealer. I dont think its possible nowadays though since dealers are more strict and more vigilant about such transactions. Jan papasok yun mga freelance car agents. Thats how they earn their money. Usually mga nasa cmap list ang madali perahan jan.

All in plans also carry a higher interest rate which the dealer profits from.

Higher down payment means you are a lesser risk for default.
