Yng presyo kasi ng property nagdepende sa location. structurally, pagtingnan mo sya parang not worth ang 3M but once nakafinish na at may landscape then you can say it is worthy. try mo rin check ang crown asia o kaya camella? magaganda din naman mga model houses. pwede mo syang icompare. example lang sa nakaattached na photo.Drina House Model at Camella San Pablo, Brgy.pdf

Just the house is already 2m at least so I'd say that 3m is good value.

*jef: Pede naman kayo magback out sa contract...yun nga lang for sure di mo na mababawi dp mo 100% at may charges pa yun...Sa bank naman, dagdag gastos yun kasi bayad ka na naman ng appraisal fee at charges ulit for another loan application (unless tie up yung contractor mo sa bank---- minsan waived na yung apparaisal fee)

August 4th, 2016 06:03 PM #26sir ask ko lang sa mga may home loan,,meron kaming dumating na email from bank manager na may kelangan i settle na fee (registration fee,PN Doc stamp fees ,MRI/Fire insurance ,processing fee etc)amounting to 58k php para mairelease yung partial amount sa developer..I thought wala na ako babayaran aside from monthly installment..TIA
