If it's in CMAP, which every bank uses to evaluate the credit worthiness of every potential borrower.

as far as i know, even though secured loan ang car loan, the financing institution would still need to file a civil case prior to getting the car back.... may tawag dyan eh, nakalimutan ko lang, but it was the practice done by my ex-company before..... pag hatak ng oto kasi, may kasamang sheriff.... and yung sheriff ay sasama lang pag may kaso and decision na.

Yun mean wala na pagasa mag loan mga defaulters forever? Paano yun mga newly grad na nag default Sa mga loans nila, CC nun mag first job sila. which is what usually happen. Kawawa naman. For the rest of their lives hinde na makakaloan car or house.

Paano na buhay nila if they get married?

Meron siguro time frame yan sa list, your name can't be there forever. Eh di parang pinatay na rin yan mga tao na yan just bec of their juvenile mistakes.

Can't imagine they will live on cash for the rest of their lives. Kung mga early 20s sila na default how can they line their lives.

Ang prescription period daw para maningil ng utang e 10 years. So I assume dapat wala na yun dun after 10 years.

So eto ang meron FOREVER, hahahha..

Kidding aside, I know a couple they are businessmen's and once default their car loan since their first business is di naging maganda. After a year and a half they try to apply ulit direct bank, other banks directly decline them or ask them to open an account with the bank na around 60% ata ng loanable car loan amount at 80% and di nila gagalawin yun at ang minimum na DP nila for a carloan is at least 50%. But na negotiate namin yan sa RCBC SAVINGS, ginawa nalang is yung bank account ng newly put up na construction company nila sa RCBC then walang restriction sa paggalaw ng pera pero sa DP ng Car 50% talaga ang hiningi.

In some cases makaka-apply ka pa pero they will require bigger down payment to minimize yung risk for being a repeater default client.
