pues, kasalanan ni bossing yan. prublema ni bossing yan.
talk to the bank, po. i do not know of any bank that takes pleasure in repossessing a car. usually kasi, loser ang bangko diyan.

walang napapahiya sa default ng car payment nowadays, because it is not advertised in the newspapers. "panakot lang yan." there are many reasons for defaulting, some of them non-financial.
but it might put a red spot on bossing's credit rating. that alone, should make your boss hop to it.
errr... why the big fuss over someone else's debt?

Yeah you're not telling us something. No bank will release a car without all the checks being written out to it in advance.

And the bank never tried to contact him in advance? Before this legal letter arrived? Banks dont work that way. You can be assured they will call you looooong before it gets to this legal stage. Its very hard to believe your story.

Hard to believe agad sir?

Since they have 2 years worth of untouched car payments, that's a huge chunk to give to the bank na rin.

Actually oo hard to believe talaga.

Asan ba si boss mo? Bakit ikaw sumasakit ulo?

For 2 years no payment, kahit active yung activities sa bank account niya eh alam mo pa rin galaw ng pera mo diba?

Nangutang siya, due diligence niya to settle it.

Labas na ahente mo dyan, ahente only sell cars after that tapos na trabaho nila.

To cut it short. Talk to the bank and pay everything.

EQ's point is about your boss not knowing that the checks have not cleared. 1 year worth of PDCs that did not clear the bank is substantial enough not to be noticed. I am guessing the total would be around P150k to P200k so your boss should have noticed it unless there are millions in the bank and your boss is not tracking his balance. Anyways, try to negotiate and show good faith that your boss is willing to pay the balance through loan restructuring. Good luck.

    Labo.

Unless the boss really don't care at all which I highly doubt.

How.

How about his account kung saan anchored yung PDC? Hindi siya nagtataka wala nababawas monthly?

And yes problema ng boss mo yun, bakit pinoproblema mo pa? Hehe

    now, this is strange.
is it possible, that they (the bank) misplaced the cheques?
if you have documentation that proves that the bank has the pdcs, you can show that bank the document, to prove to them that it's actually their fault...
unless!!! someone closed that account...! and the bank can't contact the boss, because the boss'es last-known address is the old one...

well, one problem i see, is that you are talking text-speak. ang hirap intindihin!
kindly spell out the words, dot the i's and cross the t's.
    thank you.

so, the total of all the monies are there in that account, untouched?
