    Yan ang no-no.

You can only claim once from one insurance company.

Kasama sa documents na submit sa insurance before nila process yun claim mo eh meron ka certificate of no claim from the other insurwnxd company.

Cause for denial na ba yun?

Saka ibang issue yun sugar mommy mo magbayad or si Vice Ganda.

    I get your point, bro.

So it's only human nature I guess, to teach the offending party a lesson in the form of monetary reimbursement.

My point is it's still accident. Wala pa rin may gusto mangyari.

Lesson for them probably would be na habulin talaga ng insurance mo yun taong involved.

Hula ko lang ha, it was worded plainly and effectively na quits na ang nakabangga. So Wala na talagang habol ang nabangga or any of it's representatives, in this case, the insurance company

Hehe oo chances are may participation na dagdag mo pa yung depreciation for the replacement parts na ilalagay (pag palagay natin na more than 3 years old na yung unit)

I still ask if the offending party (kung siya ang at fault) can pay, kung wala naman maibabayad talaga ano pa ba magagawa ko charge to experience na lang talaga.

Technically yung kay TS madeny talaga, I think hindi naman sinadya na dayain ang insurance more of easy way out ang pinili niya na way, napahamak lang nung agreement with the other party. Naawa dahil senior na.

Naipit dahil naawa. Again charge to experience.

Yes, if it was worded that it would cover the only non-tangibles while the car is being repaired (ex: taxi or relocation to a nearer place, food while commuting)

Pero if indicated na it releases all liabilites from the offending party, which seems like the case dahil ayaw nya sabihin how it was worded, deny talaga.

wala parin ba copy nung agreement nyo nung nakabangga sayo?
    share mo naman dito bro.

Indeed...... Easy way out and tulong na din kay lolo... And again, there are no intentions of fooling anyone here. We are talking to a lawyer already. Looking for ways how to correct this and make lolo and insurance still liable despite the agreement. Will keep you posted guys!

False claim talaga nangyari.
