did that 58K come from their insurance representative, or from the casa?

August 6th, 2017 09:46 AM #22From the CASA po, kasi irereplace daw bumper (32k), bumper protector (5.5k) and bumper skid plate (7.6k) plus painting (7.5k), removal and installation (2.2k), electricals (600) and materials (3.5k).
Edi ganon din po, I will still shoulder the entire 58k eventually?
Wala po eh. Di na kami pumunta since ako naman at fault, I admit. Di po ba pwedeng Affidavit na lang then ifile niya nga po as Own Damage?
Di po. It happened within the school compound. I'm a teacher, parent siya.

ang gusto mo kasi bro, either 50% off sa total or participation lang babayaran mo. di ba medyo nakakalamang ka na nyan masyado? ganito ang sa tingin kong tama, hayaan mo syang bayaran participation nya (pero if i were in your shoes eh babayaran ko rin), tapos pag singil sayo ng insurance nya ay tsaka mo tawaran or hingian ng mahabang installment plan kung di kaya isang bagsak. eto eh kung naireport na nga nya sa insurance. or tutal wala naman pulis report, dahil sa ayaw mo magastahan ng pera eh i-deny mo nalang with matching "WTF ano pinagsasabi mong binangga kita" look.
seriously bro mas OK na insurance nalang kausap mo vs. nakabangga sayo; emotional mga yan; take it from me, galit na galit ako sa mga naka dale sakin, wala naman nangyari.

Talk to TB owner sincerely and tell her you cannot afford to pay the casa estimate at this time. The best solution is to have it repaired sa casa under OD claim. You pay the participation fee plus any amount you can still afford to offer to the TB owner for the inconvenience. On top of that offer to pay the increase on her future insurance premium and tutor her kids on some subjects. This is a win-win solution.
