Talk to TB owner sincerely and tell her you cannot afford to pay the casa estimate at this time. The best solution is to have it repaired sa casa under OD claim. You pay the participation fee plus any amount you can still afford to offer to the TB owner for the inconvenience. On top of that offer to pay the increase on her future insurance premium and tutor her kids on some subjects. This is a win-win solution.

Thank you for your responses! Ni di ko nga alam if I can trust myself to drive again.

correct me if i'm wrong, but i don't think you have shown all the damages incurred on that chevy, based on what you have stated earlier it is a small dent at the back, then estimate shows bumper 32k et al.. comes to ponder, why on earth they would also replace the skid plate which is up front.

alongside, the owner will not deal with you directly, she will just let insurance companies handle it for herself, that is why she is paying for huge amounts i guess an approximate 35k per year for her ride, no hassle, do you think she will accept non-casa repairs, especially if it is their first bnew vehicle? she might done what you just did, asking for advices, probably on her end majority would them say, that expenses should be shouldered by you.

lesson to self, don't tailgate, be patient.

That is all there is. Kaya po naging 32k yung bumper pa lang kasi the CASA will replace not fix. The bumper skid plate and protector are also there in the rear daw po based sa estimate.

Yes po, I understand kaya nga po I am trying to ask for suggestions so I can make the best possible decision para po agad maayos ito para sa aming lahat.

It was an accident po, the car in front of them stopped abruptly. They stopped abruptly as well and came very close to the first one. I was not fortunate enough to have enough distance and fast reflexes. I admit my mistake, and I will try my best to learn from this ordeal.

Canvass kana ng murang shop nag bebenta ng chevy parts, i.e, Sering, Goodgear for Hyundai.

Bro i just remembered, yung quote ng casa babaan pa yan pag nakita ng insurance babaan din nila yan for sure.

i find that kinda unfair, and probably illegal.
