    Hi guys,

Ask ko lang kung may naka-try na sa inyo ng BDO insurance? I'm looking at possible insurance providers eh ang options ko now is either BDO Insurance or BPI MS. Kya lng wala ako mkita na comment regarding sa BDO insurance.

Ask ko sana if madali ba magclaim sa knila and if ok ba un customer service nila? Are they a better option than BPI MS?

    Thanks everyone.

Are you referring to bdo insurance brokers? Ang normal partner ng bdo is generali but generali only offers life insurance.

For motor Vehicles BDOI partnered with Prudential Guarantee.

Akala ko nga din na exclusively Mapfre ang BDOI. Next time I'll check Prudential 👍

Thanks guys. Akala ko BDO has its own insurance company. Broker pala un sa knya. Bale if need ko ng claim, do I go directly to the insurance company (mapfre, prudential) or pwede sa BDO na lng?

Our insurance through BDO is Prudential (if I am not mistaken).
This is our 4th year with them. First year after paying off our loan.
We pay it on 12-month installment basis up until now (even after the loan is fully paid).

We made a claim once for a cracked windshield.
It was a hassle free experience. All communications was done through a couple of phone calls and emails. And we get to talk only to BDO personnel and not the insurance company itself.

    It was like:
    1. Tell BDO about the problem and possible insurance claim.
    2. Get quotation from casa.
    3. Pay the participation fee (Php3,000 in our case)
    4. Bring the vehicle to casa for repair.

Of course in between these steps, BDO, Prudential, and casa probably communicated with each other.
