Hi tsikoters, We really want to get a Mirage this month before my brother leave the country, he'll be buying his first car hehe. Nagpa qoute po kami sa Mitsubishi Qave. and he're what we got. Inhouse financing.
Car price: 548.000
20% DP - 109.600
discount - 10.000
total - 99.600
Chattel fee - 9,800
TOTAL: 109.400
Amount financed. 438.400
36months - 16.019
with freebies
I will be goin to banks to inquire for their auto loans, doesn't matter po if we get less freebies coz 1 month lang ang brother ko sa pinas and he wanted to drive this car to go around the metro. So im asking po if you guys know any bank that has good deal and easy approval. complete requirements. Please any advises? thanks.

you need to compare.
ask around with: Metrobank, PSBank, BDO, BPI Family. I think these are the banks na nagaaway away pagdating sa car loans...
PSBank ang pinakamabilis sa approval. Usually in 24 hours.

get auto loan from a bank. mababa lang ang DP pag inhouse pero bawi nila yan sa interest. compute mo kung magkano magagastos mo lahat lahat from DP + total ng monthly mo. then compare mo yung bank VS in-house. google mo yung auto loan calculator ng BPI. plano din kasi namin mag loan dati but we ended up buying the car in cash.

Ang tass Sir.
Pero eto simple trade off. minsan ok ang financing minsan mas ok ang bank loan. pero to cut the story short, Compare the total cost of ownership ng sasakyan over a certain period of time either 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.
diyan nyo malaman kung ano mas ok na deal.
normally pag in house all in na iyun pero tapatan niyo ng offer ng bank like insurance, chattel mortgae and etc.

exactly sir, parang mas ok pa ko sa inhouse financing na Free chattel mortgage and comp insurance na worth 30k if ill go bank loan. although compromise naman yung monthly ammor ko. BTW 36months po ang terms ko.
I just talked to Mitsubishi Pasig.
Inhouse financing:
SRP: P548,000 (P10,000)
25% downpayment. P134,039
MA = 15,017 (36months)
All in!
Parang mas nagustuhan ko pa to., haha. what do you think guys?

ihaggle mo na lang sir, kasi parehas ng bank ang total cost of ownership in 36 months. and idfference lang nila is 28k. kaya parang hindi ka naka-all in.
sir ang interest ng bank is 6.67%PA, sa in house namn is 8.46% PA, pero kung ako sayo ihaggle mo ng husto in house financing kaya pa iyan boss ng mga 7%PA.
