- claim processing
- insurance premium
- customer service

Generali i think is the bancassurance partner of Banco de Oro. Their vehicle insurance product i think is the same as the other insurance companies. But since they are new, their processes could still be a bit weak and slow. And besides their accredited shops maybe quite few compared to the other established non-life insurance companies.

I had some collegues who avail generali pilipinas, ok naman daw since kasabay ko sila nag claim, (mine was not generali), chakka based dun sa kwento nila ams mura binabayaran nilang premium, But ofcourse if I were u i would listen to guys who has REAL experince about the product hindi ung mga haka haka lang.

Looked at their quote, they have extremely low rates for OD. They also ensure that as long as your vehicle is under 10 years old, you can have it repaired at the casa.

Personally, I find their extra services great but their claims processing very slow.
Very helpful yung free towing nila pag nabangga ka, magagamit mo talaga at ang bilis ng towing service nila 15 minutes andun na --di tulad ng PNCC pasko na wala pa yung towing tapos mali pa ang pagtow sa vehicle at ang MAHAL pa!
Sa claims ako naiinis, medyo mabagal sila magcoordinate sa CASA--halos wala nga yatang coordination ako pa ang tumatawag sa kanila at sa CASA para magfollow up. Ni hindi sila nagco-coordinate dun sa service advisor ko-
To be clear, halos brand new po ang car ko at sinabi ko talaga ayokong lumabas ng casa yun na may masilya, corner at bumper ang tinamaan dun sa ken.
Yung SA ko, laging hugas kamay ako pa ang tumatawag dun sa adjuster nila para iparating yung requests ko. Sa totoo lang inis ako dun sa SA ko ngayon dahil kung di pa ko magtetext, di pa nya ifollow up!
My car has been in the casa for 3 weeks now and di maumpisahan dahil tagal nila magfax ng LOA (2nd LOA na ito dahil may mga hindi approved sa 1st LOA na dapat kasama) tapos it takes forever to get thru their hotline
I did not expect this from a BDO-owned company- kala ko 1 week lang maumpisahan na yung gawa pero up to now walang nangyayari dun sa car kasi di maorderan ng parts dahil yung LOA wala pa din final approval.
Gusto kasi nila pukpukin yung damage eh dapat talaga palit na yung part--
Tapos ngayon na may evaluation na ang technician na palit talaga-- Aba ang tagal naman ilabas yung LOA na panibago dun sa papalitan na part.
I'm going to purchase another vehicle next year pero I might get another company's service na lang--medyo disappointed ako sa bagal nung adjuster ng Generali. Sayang, I wanted to recommend them to my other family members sana kaso medyo dismayado ako kasi 3 weeks walang nangyayari at nakatunganga yung car ko dun sa casa.
However, ngayon lang naman ako gumamit ng insurance so di ko sure kung how it is sa iba-- normal ba na 3 weeks eh di pa ayos ang LOA at wala pang naumpisahan sa car kung hindi check up and evaluation pa lang??
Ganun din ba sa ibang insurance, di ko kasi alam--
Honestly, nawitness ko di talaga kasalanan ng casa bakit tumatagal ang repairs ng cars e, eto talaga insurance ang mabagal kumilos. Mag fax lang ng LOA takes them 3-4 days! Napapagod ako magfollow up pero tinatyaga ko lang para maumpisahan na pagkatapos nitong taon goodbye na siguro sa kanila
Okay na din naghintay ako, basta palitan lang lahat ng nadamage na part okay na yun sa ken.

Sir, Yes I heard we have one of the lowest rated policies for motor as I have not yet seen the other lower rated policies by other insurance co. Unfortunately there will be an increase on the rates of Generali as we are just waiting for the memo, as Generali has one of the highest claims experience this year. Again I hope all the clients who have had claims experiences good or bad stays with us. I hope they can have better servicing agents.

Sir, I am glad to read that you have done your own legwork for a better rated policy. This will significantly cut the cost of your insurance requirement for years to come.

Sir,
Claims processing- on motor policies, we are up to standard.
Premiums- I have never lost a policy on a client who will listen on how we can cut cost in terms of premiums. Though I have lost a lot (too many to count) of motor policies, it will always be to more expensive policies. There are just clients who feel better when they pay more, I attribute this to personal preferences.

twice na kami nagclaim.
Ok naman, sa BDO branch lang ako nagsusubmit na papers pag may claim. tapos tawag na lang Rapirshop kung nafax na LOA. (Considering magagamit pa sasakyan)
Though last time medyo matagal pag claim.
(laki kasi calim kaya siguro natagalan)
Ang gusto ko sa kanila Acts of GOD. Less than P500 lang additional Compared to Malayan na percentage of the premium ang acts of God
