    i have a cousin who works for a bank. meron daw mga auto loan clients na nanloloko talaga. kunyari binenta na sa iba ang car para matakasan ang other loans nya.

    hi! any information on how to resolve this issue? I have the same problem. I just finished paying off my auto loan in BDO, however they won't release my documents kasi may utang pa daw sa cc yung co-maker. The co-maker is no longer in the country and she couldn't remember how much she owes BDO; also sabi niya wala na din syang na receive na any electronic bank statement regarding her cc wc is expired na ngayon. I am really desperate and I am willing to pay my co-maker's debt however BDO won't release any bank statement pertaining my co-maker's cc debt. Paano ko mababayaran ni hindi ko alam magkano? I tried going to the nearest BDO branch and sabi nila wala silang access sa cred card matters. I already e-mailed BSP and BDO customer service but it's been a week already.

    Bawal yan.. iba ang utang sa CC compared sa auto loan.. dapat nga wala din co-maker kasi may collateral naman yung auto loan

    Nasa contract yan. Hinde ma release talaga ng car loan pag CC debt mo eh hinde mo na binabayaran. Kung good standing ka, ok lang pero pag delinquent na kailangan mo talaga bayaran bago mo makuha yun kotse.

    its not about wala kang inagrabyadong tao or naging mabait ka. its about di mo pinrotectahan sarili mo.

    usually kasi pag ganyan medyo malaking pera na ang involve, go for a lawyers consultation, what is 5k minimum for one hour consultation kung maproprotectahan ka naman. naka tipid ka nga ng 5k, mas malaki naman perwisyo sayo

    ilan beses na sinabi ng s.c. na pwede nila gawin yan. yung common logic or common sense kasi iba sa legal logic/sense.

    ano solution - hire a lawyer or IPA TULFO MO

    If ayaw ibigay ng bangko yung papers e di wag na kunin. Gamitin na lang yung sasakyan hanggang mag end of life na. Marerehistro pa rin naman yan e.

    ^ yun lang pero pede mo pa rin masulit pera mo. Kamtutinkopit pede pa rin naman benta if the buyer is willing na wala na change ng name at deed of sale na lang at yung mga existing papers from the original owner. Medyo sketchy pero may papatos pa rin siguro.
