    it's already started, sir.
    i paid in advance (december), and the amount was larger by 25%.
    three tranches daw...
    hindi naman 300% (i hope!!!).

    RPT or amilyar is set by local government like the cities. Not congress. Di yan kasali sa train.

    By law, the RPT is set to be reviewed every 3 years, but do not expect a review that will set it lower

    Meron ako na basa about real state less than 5M has tax exemption.. di ko mahanap ang link.
