Just found this thread sa google.com.phMatagal na pero I want to post parin..hehehe...OKs lang po sa Direct Link...pag di na pwede sa casa they will give you an option for a cash settlement. Nka-pag-file na ako ng claim before & wala naman naging hassle
3 yrs na ako sa Direct Link kaya oks tlga ito based on my experience.
guys, malapit na mag-due insurance ko...the previous owner has UCPB directlink comprehensive insurance...ok ba dito or lipat na lang ng iba? any other insurance companies na recommended nyo? meron ba nun di na kelangan ng police report?
thanks :D
Kumuha ako ng Compre' sa kanila.
Competitive naman premium rates nila.
Marami pang freebies.
The best is that you can pay your premium
in 6 monthly installments, interest free...
reminder lang mga peeps, make sure meron kayong broker or agent na kilala na aasikasuhin ka kapag may claims and don't go direct to the insurance company. me, secondary lang yung rates ang importante ay yung serbisyo.
yes, yung police report ay pwedeng wala yan pero depende sa sitwasyon. meron usually forms (accident report) binibigay kasama sa policy and you just need signature from both parties.
if you're interested call Joey Valencia at 892-7811. okay yan mag-asikaso.

May question din ako, what if the vehicle is outside Metro Manila or Metro Cebu? Paano ang filing of claims in case of accidents, et al. Say for example in Ozamiz City in Mindanao.
Hi russpogi! In case the scheduled/insured vehicle is in Metro Cebu, we have a satellite office in Cebu kaya no worries po. In case naman po na outside Metro Manila or as you've mentioned for example in Ozamiz City in Mindanao, our principal Insurer, UCPB Gen, has branch offices in key provinces of Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao.
I just spoke with our claims coordinator din po, in case na masyado na pong malayo sa branch office ng UCPB Gen, we could still process your claim through cash settlement para pwede nyo pong mapa-repair sa preferred shop in Ozamiz City. You may send the requirements directly to our office in Makati or sa nearest UCPB Gen branch office in Davao or even sa D'Link satellite office in Cebu naman -kung saan convenient sa inyo Sir.
In case you have further questions/clarifications on this, please do not hesitate to call us and kindly look for Jane, our claims coordinator. You may also get in touch with us via our toll free number, 1-800-1-888LINK(5465).
anybody here use directlink insurance? when you insure with directlink, they have roadside assistance (i.e. towing) anybody ever use their directlink's free towing? i've been using directlink for 3years now, and i've never use this. i'm wondering if this is similar to wheelers or aap.
My trooper is also under direct link. Subok ko na ang services nila. Quite fast and hassle free. As for the towing..never tried it yet.
Slip-Slick- the towing services are those freebies that we dont want to avail as much as possible. Same with our medical insurance. I'm directlink client too but haven't got the chance to have my car towed. Ang bilis ng serbisyo nila, medyo mahal nga lang, i get them because of the e-pass.
fieldmaster, from my canvassing, directlink was actually the lowest, not to mention their 6months installment payment plan. and yes, mabilis at hasslefree ang service nila. you don't even need police report, an affidavit (sp?) will do.
as for the towing services, my car is getting old, and the probability of needing towing services will be more likely as she gets older. i just want to know who i can call when that time comes.
I think the towing service applies when your car became disabled due to accident only. It's not like Wheelers Club that covers even when your car just stalled without any accident.Originally Posted by slip-slick

So Direct Link ka na. It just happen kasi that my wife is in insurance industry din kaya yung mga ibang insurance company na haggle nya yung price except the direct link. Compare sa dalawa kong insurance ngayon better talaga yun direct link.
Agree that as car ages a better service should be the primary insurance consideration. So direct link ka na.

i've been using direct link for 3 year's, though I haven't tried their towing services
