    May i know where is tej office of registry of deeds for the cancellation of mortgage.

    you can ask your bank where they register it.. usually it's in the same city where the bank is..

    Mga bossing pag nagpacancel ka ba ng chattel mortgage,pnp cleranxe and transfer ng name ng or and cr... aabot ng 11k kasama na mga lagay sa mga tao sa government agency na pupuntahan...sa tingin niyo over price ba?

    over price yan. yung cancel ng mortgage nasa 1k, yung transfer naman ng CR para ka ulit nag pa rehistro ng sasakyan kaya yung iba sinasabay sa renewal
