First time car buyer po. I just received a text message from BPI na approved na daw po yung loan application ko. The question is, ano na po ang next step?
better talk to the agent handling your loan what the steps are after their approval. at least galing na sa kanila.

im my case, what i remember was after loan approval, payment na nun DP ko sa dealer. after doing so, the dealer will then coordinate with the bank for the release of the unit.

to be safe, in all my emails, kasama sa loop both the dealer and bank sa usapan. para at least both sides are updated.

Go to different casa that has the car that you want thentest drive it, or even go further and try different cars, you currently have the power since you are already preapproved.
Next is to get a deal for each casa, you can then contact each then ipasa mo yung deal from casa to casa para mag deal beat sila.. you will see how these leaches will try to get you.. maguunahan yan, pagandahan ng deal. Any additional accessories, promo and freebies should be welcome, you can even try to demand one. Dont be guilty kasi ganyan talaga kalakaran jan.

Get an initial approval, yung pinaka mahal sa choice mong car, then if ever na ang choice mo is mas mura kesa dun sa auto loan, pwede ka magparecompute. Mas madali yun kesa the other way around, yung recompute usually took 3-5 days.
First thing first is to test drive all cars that you want, or even the one beyond your budget para may idea ka lang kung anong additional compared sa baseline mo.
Once approved, get a deal dun sa car choice mo sa different casa.
Once may napili ka na, rotate mo yung quotes nila para if ever mag karon ng price beat or counter deal. Also check history ng services ng casa na kukunan mo ng auto( or kung may alternate casa na pwede mag service na di mavovoid ang warranty).

Either mauna yung approval or mahuli ang approval. So once nakapili kana kung saan, at anong car ang kukunin mo. If ever kelangan magrecompute, contact mo yung account manager sa autoloan, usually may nakaasign para sayo na sya tutulong magprocess(not necessarily tutulong, but magfafacilitate ng process).

    Hope that helps.

Galing ako megamall nung Sunday and may display dun nung gusto kong car tapos nagtanong ako kung anong freebies nila pag thru bank financing (not in-house) ako bumili, sabi nila same lang naman daw pag in-house. First time buyer din po. Salamat.

Yung ofc mate ko was approved by Eastwest bank thru Toyota Shaw for a Vios E variant. He ended up getting a 1.6V Altis and the loan was recomputed in just a few hours. Also he got the car from another Toyota dealer which gave him a better deal.

Just my perception though.

Iba iba po. Like nung nangyari sakin. Supposed to be sa honda alabang ako kukuha.. but makati/magallanes give me a better deal. Sa honda alabang, standard.freebies lang then pahirapan pa hingan ng rain visor.. sa makati , standard.freebies, rain visor, boot tray, 10k deduction, full tank of gas.

Also check the stock if meron sila, kasi sa honda alabang pinag down ako wala pa pala sila stock.
