Car insurance

Not much info on Mercantile Insurance, has anyone here tried them?

Ako din inayawan na Sasakyan ko sa Compre dahil 10 years old na(Alterra '08).. Meron ba kayo pwede masuggest na nagbibigay ng comprehensive insurace sa ganitong edad.. Meron namang nagsabi sa akin 17.7k 600k premium eh feeling ko Mahal naman dahil nasa 15k na lang ako dati tapos sa participation fee depende daw sa damage..lol.. So expect ko dapat mas mababa na..

try standard insurance.. up to 12 years old yata sa kanila pwede.. or more..

Just to share my experience with Standard Insurance

An ahole backed up into my parked car at the middle of the night and ran away leaving deep scratches on the front bumper and a detached headlamp washer. I discovered the damage on Saturday morning and reported it through their hotline on Monday. An adjuster came today (Tuesday) and took pictures. Surprisingly, i received approval on my OD claim 3 hours after.

May the offending hit-and-run driver meet his match.

Question,

What if ako ang naka bangga at yung nabangga ko gusto gamitin ang insurance nya. Ano ang magiging scenario?

a. Will I get in trouble if yung sa kanya ang gagamitin kasi baka ako ang habulin ng insurance nya for the expense and hindi ako tutulungan ng insurance ko?

b. Pwede rin namang gamitin insurance nya at insurance to insurance na lang ang mag uusap?

c. Or standard rule na kung sino naka bangga sa kanyang insurance ang gagamitin?

Gusto nya gamitin insurance nya malamang in exchange for you paying his participation, walang gastos on his part. The scenario I see here is beholden ka sa tagal ng approval at higpit ng insurance nya.

No hard and fast rule as to who's insurance your going to use, as long as you both agree on what benefits both of you and what tale to spin.

Let's say he wants me to pay the participation plus dapat with police report so he could legally file a claim.

Again ako ang may kasalanan at mas malaki damage sa kanya, question is, if insurance nga nya gagamitin, hahabulin ba ako insurance nya for the expense since kasalanan ko?
