Hi, I had this damage sa right fender when I incorrectly placed the jack sa maling point. I filed for a claim since estimated ng casa is around 11k for the repair. BPI MS insurance ko however they denied my claim kasi negligence ko daw yun. Is there a workaround for this? TIA

i once bumped into the vehicle in front of me. my fault. tailgaiting. sinagot in-house insurance.
once, my son backed up my old car, into my new car.
tawa lang ng casa. one owner.. two cars for repair.

Yun din alam ko covered sa own damage kaya di ko na din sinabi na may collision na nangyari. Kung alam ko lang sana sinama ko sa report na may tinamaan ako.

Question regarding replaced damaged parts on insurance claims. I was advised by the service adviser that my bumper needs to replaced since the damaged one has holes. Does the old damage bumper will be given to me? They told me that the damaged bumper will be submitted to the insurance provider.Please reply if anyone of you has this same experience.

normally, replaced parts are turned over sa insurance. i had the same case before but with my side mirror.

correct po sir. replaced parts are turned over to the insurance co.

Naaksidente po sasakyan ko (2017 Ford Wildtrak AT) while mama ko nag dridrive nawalan ng control it's under malayan insurance kaka insure lang last month since july 22 ung expiration from ford in house ng 1st year we transfer it to Malayan. ask ko lang po sino po naka try ng claim sa Malayan Insurance how many weeks or months po before they will give feedback once documents are all completed and submitted? Tska magkano po kaya ang ecocover nila? Kasi nagbigay na ng estimation ung repair shop nasa 365k. Napapaicp kasi ako how much lng un ibibigay nila baka it will not be enough.

Complete na po yung documents sir submitted na din. Tanong ko lang when sila usually ngbbgay ng feedback at kung magkano usually kinocover nila pag ganun accident.

Re: amount to be covered. Depende sa contract nyo with malayan... pero usually covered yang 365k mo na gasto if premium insurance ka...

Pag malaki ang damage mas matagal magbigay ng LOA since may haggling sa estimate to add mas natatagalan dahil may mga dismantling pa na gagawin to check all damages / parts to be replaced.

Mas hassle kasi na inumpisahan na yung repair then may madiskubre pa na ibang damages tapos hindi covered dun sa approval ikot ulit sa proseso.

Read your insurance policy, out of pocket mo lang is yung participation.

Sa casa mo ba pinagawa? O accredited shop? Bakit hindi sa casa? 2017 model kamo.

So, No need to pay from my own pocket po bah? Kac nasa 365k ung quote baka kelngn ko pa mag counterpart un ung worries ko sir hehe. Malayo po kac ang casa from our city 1 hr travel pa.
