    Hi dear,
    If you have a car insurance then you must be inform to your insurance company and get your car claim your company pay out akk your claim and if you car is fully then your company pay you a new car according to your insurance policy.

    I have read a thread somewhere regarding experiences on brand new cars na aksidente agad. Depreciated na ba agad ito ng 20% pag ganyan?

    based sa insurance policy.. depreciation kicks in after the 3rd year.. di ko lang alam kung ganon din pag total wreck claims..

    I guess he/she meant... If you are insured, then you must be (entitled to a replacement). Contact your insurance company and file a claim. If your car is fully (totally-wrecked), then your company will replace it with a new car, as per your insurance coverage.
