    mga bro ok lang ba ang leasing? kasi sa from toyota mag leasing na lang daw ako kasi mas makakamura free chattel etc.. me catch ba ang leasing compare sa retail?

    AKAIK, the only difference is that the car will not be under your name pa..after you have finished your mortgage then saka pa lang ma-release sa iyo OR-CR.

    Correct. Mas advisable naman ito kung medyo hapit ka sa DP at kung gusto mo makatipid sa mga ibang charges like Chattel Mortgage. Medyo mataas din ang Chattel Mortgage dahil it will depend on your payment term against your principal amount loan and other misc. fees and/or govt imposed tax/es.     As for my own opinion, maglea-leasing na lang ako sa Toyota kung hapit ako sa Downpayment and if gusto ko maka-save kahit paano. Mas kampante ako kasi pag ganun dahil we can't tell the future kung smooth flowing ang fund or finances, at least kahit paano eh, di ako basta maha-harrass ng mga lekat na bangko na yan kung sakaling magkraon ako ng delay of payment hehhehe.....
