I see. Ngayon lang ako na involve sa accident, and I pray it would be my last.. that's why I am just beginning to experience how insurance works. I thought participation fee lang ilalabas ko ndi pala as the car gets older mas malaki depreciation share sa parts.

Yes if it involves parts but if car exterior damage only just pay the participaton fee.

If hindi kaya magbayad, pwd bang mahatak yung motor niya at request to have his license suspended/on-hold until he can pay his obligations?
Or kailangan ba talaga ng court order.

My car insurance is lock with RCBC car loan due to its free 1year insurance pero di naman talaga free kasi they just spread the amount in the next 2 years. I plan to pay the remaining loan before they will renew my insurance or before 3years... kasi taga at 45k their comprehensive for terra...

My nissan casa friend referred me to philippine british insurance... haven’t tried PBI, baka may fredback kayo about them?

Kuha ka phil brit insurance kay nica, sya personally nag walkthru sakin lahat ng process. ako pa nga cause ng delay ^_^
pero nun nakumpleto ko na requirements ng insurance for claiming, less than a week yung LOA (including weekends dahil naasikaso ni nica), then yun repair 4 days lang (3 panel painting/repair).
difference between bpi MS and phil brit sa experience ko sa own damage, sa phil brit need pa ng affidavit vs bpi ms na incident report lang sa kanila.

dami ko kasi nababasa negative feedback sa mapfre both here and other forums bro. yun kay nica kasi highly recommended dito, and sya nagbigay sakin phil brit option if gusto ko cheaper premium hehehe

actually mas mabilis yun phil brit because of nica. kaya tama suggestion ni baludoy, kay nica mismo kumuha kasi hands on sya sa claims.

pero more or less pareho lang experience ko sa kanila (bpi ucpb and phil brit), basta complete requirments.
bpi ms naging hassle lang nun first time ko mag claim dahil totally wala ako alam hehehe
sa ucpb kasi di pa sakin nakapangalan yun auto, so authorization letter pa from previous owner.

In my experience with claims from my insurance provider before it is really easy just have the police report, ID's, car c.r. and o.r. ready and other documents required by your insurance provider..... just bring your vehicle to their accredited car repair shop and submit the docs to them and they will take care of the rest.

Mapfre premium is higher than pbac. So I do get pbac as well.
