Best car insurance

Hi, my car got hit head on by a motorcycle. Tumalon yung driver after he lost control of his bike.

Total estimate for the repair totaled 176k (casa). My car just turned 5 years old in April this year.

If I will claim this from my insurance, I will pay aside from the participation fee, the 30% depreciation cost foe the parts. I want it to be reimbursed from the third-party through my insurance.

Pero nakakaclaim nga ba talaga from third-party? Kase I heard the insurance does not guarantee it e.. Meaning, it depends if may ibayad din sa kanila..

Tapos bawal naman na singilin outright yung third-party para sya nalang magbayad ng supposedly icash out ko.. kakainis lang! The kamote driver gets away with his obligations? Bakit parang sya pa ndi sumakit ang ulo?

I feel you bro, earlier this year binangga naman ako ng Grabcar (Adventure) solid pala yun. Wasak crumple zone ko front and rear, binangga ko din car in front.

Nag cash settlement na lang ako and ako na nagpagawa.

Same sentiments feeling ko walang justice, I doubt magbayad yung nakabangga sa insurance ko. Kahit piso totally wala hehe dude just insisted gamitin namin insurance niya eh ang liit ng coverage niya. Kaya nag file ako sa insurance ko na lang, ayoko na at the mercy niya ako.

Naisip ko na lang nag pandemic, nawalan siya byahe baka na repo na adventure niya

Mahaba na tawaran with the insurance, wala ako cash out. Nag cash settlement na lang ako.

Brought the car sa relatives ko sa Pampanga. May shop sila. madali humanap parts madaming talented na latero and pintor. In 2 weeks done.

Huhu ang laki din kase ng 30%.. Nsa 50k + din icash out ko.. And the kamote driver doesn't even show remorse or anything makitaan na he's making an effort to pay kaya ang bigat mag labas ng Malaki pera..

from what i understand,
the fiscal will bring the two parties face to face, and try to see if both parties are amenable to some sort of settlement.
if they are not successful, then the case goes to court.

I totally I agree... Andali din sabihin ndi nya kaya magbayad etc.. Ganun ganun lang e.. Nakalungkot na nakakainis mga ganun sila tapos ndi nagiingat.. And did i mention last August lng nya nakuha motor nya.. Haaysss

Let the court or duly-authorized body decide how he’s going to pay. If he’s not bankrupt, then he can pay in any means possible. Even if it means he has to sell his MC to pay his liability, then so be it.

It’s just being fair. As I have said earlier, mercy he can get from the divine being.

With the depreciation share sa insurance as the car ages, is it still practical to get one if the car is 5 year old and above?
