I made a reservation with honda in February and after a week, I decided to go for another brand. The SA refunded my P5K a day after I told him of my decision.....using his own personal money. Customer service at its best!

i called the finance/cashier directly they said matagal na daw ang refund check available. gulat sila kasi bat d daw ako tinawagan ng agent ko.
