Accident statement form

opo MAA is an insurance (assurance?) company. it is where my car is insured for now. siguro naman po most, if not all, vehicle insurers give their clients the accident statement form to facilitate claims.

sorry ma'am pala hehe! Dito kasi sa Europe lahat ng insurance policy kasabay na kaagad ang accident statement form in 2 copies, but you can only use one per accident. Once again salamat. Sa insurance ko kasi sa Pinas wala ako non.

very few insurance company has this initiative in 'enclosing' a statement form and car sketch accident form when issuing insurance policy.
