    Approx 108,000 yearly expenses

    Breakdown:

    Fuel expenses: 52000/year * 1000/week

    PMS: 18000/year

    Carwash/detailing: 15800/year * 900/month carwash and waxing and 5000 once a year detailing

    Insurance: 23000/year

    Usage 25kms weekdays and 300kms weekends. ~13km/l mixed driving

    Fuel: 5k per month
    Toll gate: 1800 per month
    Parking: 2000 per month
    Pms: ~1 peso per km (last year total of 25k kms for 1 year) / 2k per month
    Insurance: 20k last year / 1500 per month
    Cleaning: ~500 per month (ako naglilinis every week)

    Monthly total: 12800
    If I took PUV instead of driving the car, monthly commute will be around 5-6k.
    Risk of holdup: 51% (alanganing oras lagi uwi around magallanes/malibay area daan)
    Time saved every weekday: 1.5 hrs
    Every weekend trip to province: 3 hrs

    Cleaning Tools (Carwash, cloth, wax, glass cleaner, etc) : 1.5 K - might be over estimated since di naman to nauubos in 1 year.
    Parking : 1.2K per year for some occasional pay parking. Free parking si wife sa office nya.
    Car Wash : 200 per year for the water bill. I always do the cleaning myself.
    LTO Reg : Free for the first 3 years, will budget on the 4th year.

    Wala naman na ata akong nakalimutan. No other repair/maintenance aside from regular PMS.

    TOTAL : 96,700 per year maintenance cost. :car: :shocked2: :jawdrop:

    For prospective buyers, there is no price for safety and comfort. But for the rest, well naka lista na.

    So much truth on that first sentence. I remember a former officemate who can barely make ends meet pero bumili pa ng kotse to impress a girl, but I would say a great investment dahil napasagot sya si tisay, lol. Then a friend tried to convinced me to use my downpayment money for a house to buy a second hand car. Sya bumili, ako nag down sa bahay, sya nagre rent pa din up to this day, ako tapos ng magbayad.

    Toll gate P3,000 per month

    Parking: 1,000 a month (free in office premises

    PMS : 10K (4,500 total expense), 20K (9,000 approaching 20k pms, total expense)

    REPAIRS AND OTHERS: P2,500

    LOSS AND DAMAGES: P20,000+ hit and run incidents.

    Insurance: P23,000 approaching renewal

    CARWASH/WAX/NITROGEN/GLASS DETAILS/CLEANING MATERIALS:
    - CARWASH 100X2 A WEEK×4, WAX 450X2/ 4X50 TIRES NITROGEN, 600 every 6months, 2,500 other cleaning device and materials, = P5,000

    Monthly total: P15,300

    New set of toyo tires: P16,000

    Wheel alignment and other preventive measures for tires: 1,900 (casa), 450, 600 = P2,950



    thats for maintenance itself.
    No other expenses included yet.

    Maintenance for 10months: P 108,250

    This is a stark contrary to a car na grabe depreciation, unless rare Premium Super Sports Car yang nabili mo na possible mag appreciate ang value (search nyo si Rowan Atkinson at ang kanyang McLaren or yung mga rare Ferrari)
