For the fluid shocks they drill a hole then fill it with fluid then weld it shut. My dad once bought one for our old Ford Laser. Nagsisi siya after 3 months.

da best thing to do kapag sira na ang shocks mo ay tanggalin tapos discard na agad then buy a new one then install..

    voila..!!

    pwedee na ulit malubak!!

On gas shocks you drill a hole prior to disposal. I think this is done for safety purposes (to relieve the pressure of the Nitrogen inside).

I've got fluid shocks. So how do I "properly" dispose of them? Nakatambak kasi sya sa bahay e.

Well, just you could sell it to the kanto boys or surplus sa Banawe. They'll refill it with new fluid and sell it again like the ones you saw along Banawe. Or your local mag-bobote or junkshop may buy it por kilo.

what to do with old shocks
