before the P2.50 increase of gasoline prices, it was said the total price increase was P5/L or P6/L ... are you ready for gasoline at P52 to P54 per Liter?

Nope. A properly tuned auto-LPG system has CLEANER exhaust than gasoline. Unfortunately taxi cabs aren't really known to be as well kept as private cars.

Taxi cabs is a poor representative of what auto-LPG technology can do for your car. The best way is to ask private car owners regarding their experiences with auto-LPG.

It is a fact that diesel engines will run on new or used vegetable oil with not problems (well, as long as the oil has all the dirt removed before used in the engine). The problem comes in when you look at the time & effort consumed in collecting and filtering waste vegetable oil (WVO).

Putting a price on the time and effort in collecting/filtering WVO would put it in a more realistic light in terms of "pricing" WVO because definitely it is NOT free when you look at the whole process involved before pumping WVO into your diesel's fuel tank.

Agree. In fact all taxis in Hong Kong run on lpg. They take care of the cabs better over there and no health complaints.

Auto lpg systems are design to vent outside of the car. Some taxi drivers mess around with the kits and that may cause the stink inside some cabs. Lastly, if lpg will make you sick, then we should all be sick or dead now. Majority of cooking is done with lpg.
