Depending on traffic, 7-8 is doable on long stretches.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
gas-guzzlers talaga! add to that Ford trucks' seemingly endless need for tune-ups and other ignition concerns like coils, spark plugs, EGR, DPFE, IAC and fuel pump. A P500 fill almost always is not enough for an hour of engine testings and repairs done in idling and a few revs from time to time.
sorry OT:
a friend of mine had f150 v6 before, which i think share the same engine with the e150. he said that he watched his gas needle go down while on the stretch of heavy traffic of EDSA. but he also vouched, that when in cruise control at speed limits, he can achieve almost the same figure(FC) as my altis 1.6L does on high speed.
can this be true?
Basta sobrang lakas.
:rofl01:
I think 1-2km/l is achievable. Hahaha.
1st and 2nd Generation Expeditions came with 4.6 engines. But the Expedition has a 5.4 V8 for the Eddie Bauer Models. The current Expedition has an updated 5.4V8 mated to a 6 speed automatic which gives it good mileage on long drives.
The E150 has had the 4.6 V8 since it was introduced locally. There has been some updates for the latest model but nothing radical that would make a dramatic improvement in FC. It weighs almost the same as the standard length 2nd and 3rd Generation Expedition but much less compared to the Expedition EL. FC for city driving for E150 and Expedition should be roughly around 3-4km with traffic. On highways these can get anywhere from 6-9km/l
