I wonder why the prices there are expensive by about 2 pesos per liter.

To which goverment agency and whom to adress the high gasoline prices.

SHELL refinery is based in Batangas, even the first nearest gasoline station of Shell has much expensive price compare to Manila by about 2 pesos per liter.

Seaoil jas slashed php 1.00 off their fuel prices this morning. Diesel is php45.65 in their tandang sora station.
