This product is a pure scam period. It's simply a 12v adapter like you cell phone charger with a just a capacitor and diode for the led light Now that's a fact!!! I have opened one up. There is nothing more to this product than that. Feel free to prove me wrong!

They in no way shape or form increase horsepower or reduce emissions. You can prove they don't work with a simple voltmeter, There are no changes to your vehicles voltage output with the ignition on or off.

All there test are phony, Just like the site. None of the test they show are for their product. Feel free to contact the University about this test. Notice all the high tech equipment and the low tech results??? What no computerized printouts of actual data hmm I wonder why LOL.

For me if a product says that it will deliver some thing but does not. then it is a scam for me.

What is the difference in using this product than that of a voltage stabilizer that also uses capacitors?

Unfortunately in the Philippines, there is no "proper authority". The closest thing we have is the DTI and they simply test for product safety and not the product's claims.

That leaves a very big vacuum of information for people who wants or needs to know more about these products. Some people might have the technical knowledge to judge if these products and gadgets even have a chance of actually doing their claimed functions. And this is where people can share to others.

This is not pre-judging a gadget, gimmick or product. This can be considered as expert advise or opinion based on the person's background or expertise.

Simply just because a product is being sold in other countries it doesn't automatically mean its a proven gadget for it's claims. As for people who claim it works for them, well good for them but those are just testimonial claims of things. They are just as "credible" as a sticker that gives 5% more horsepower to your car's engine. These guys also swear it works for them just as strongly as your "relatives" claim.

So you are asking people NOT to comment if their comment is negative. Isn't that already making the discussion biased and even making it sound like you are covering up some short-comings or problems with the gadget or product?

Personally, if I am buying a product, I would like to know all the information I can get, positive and negative, so I can make an INFORMED decision if I would like to use the gadget/product. If I would like to hear only all the postive sides without the negative, I would simply ask the gadget/product salesman.

Having something registered in a country does not automatically mean it works as claimed. All it means it is a registered product in that country and it is legal to be sold in the local market. It can also means it is safe for people to use. What it does NOT mean is if it works as claimed.

Googling "electrolysis condenser" yeids the result that is is a capacitor. So how does a capacitor plugged into the cigarette lighter helps improve fuel consuption?

Please enlighten us.
