Gassing up on PUJ discounted diesel!

Guys, is it ok or illegal to gas up a private vehicle on PUJ discounted lane at gasoline stations? Kasi I just found out na yung mother ko is topping up PUJ discounted diesel, kasi friend nya yung manager sa isang gas station!
Another question, is there any difference between the discounted diesel and the regular priced diesel in quality? TIA!

I've been doing that ever since diesel hit 38 pesos. No noticeable difference with the regularly priced diesel.

I did this quite by accident just last week! Dun sa station na malapit sa amin, diretso ako sa closest pump para pa fuel ng Starex ng dad ko. May nakalagay for PUJ. Pero nung tinignan ko yung ibang diesel pump, may sticker din na ganun! Since di ako pinaalis, eh di naka diskwento na din ako.

its not illegal as long as the gas station allows the private cars to also gas up there. now on the quality, i am not sure.. i by accident also gas up on those pumps a couple of times..meron times naman that the gas boys will tell you to move kasi nga for puj.

di naman illegal yun. usually kapag gabi na, 8 pm onwards, di na mahigpit ang mga gas attendants and they allow us to queue sa puj discounted lane. sayang din ang discount

Kasi nung nagpa-gas kami ng mother ko, she told me na dun daw ako sa PUJ lane, eh medyo mahaba yung pila then I heared a jeepney driver commented that ang kapal daw namin at nakikipila pa daw kami sa PUJ lane! Kaya pinagalitan ko tuloy yung mother ko!
So it's up to the management lang pala! Sabihin ko na lang sa mother ko na midnight na lang sya magpa-gas para walang pila!

you are all wrong. you are all justifying your actions because the gasoline station don't mind? what kind of reasoning is that? so is it ok to beat the red light if the traffic enforcers are not there? is it ok also to throw garbage around cause nobody will tell you not to?

point 1, discounted diesel is cheaper because the oil companies pay less tax on it. when you fill up on the discounted lanes, you are taking advantage of a privilege that you are not entitled to. that privilege is for the jeepney driver AND his passengers who do not ride in airconditioned vehicles as you do. it is not for you. if you want to enjoy that privilege then i suggest you commute.

point 2, since you are not paying the right amount of tax on your fuel, then you are cheating the filipino people. and then we wonder why there are not enough school rooms! taken for granted that most of it is lost in corruption, THAT CORRUPTION DOES NOT HAVE TO START WITH YOU.

sa palagay ko walang difference.

may experience ako sa ibang gas stations na doon nila ako kinakargahan sa puj lane. tinanong ko nga kung exclusive talaga yon sa jeepney. sabi ng gas boy, di naman sila istrekto sa ganon. anyway di ko habit na magpkarga ng diesel sa puj lane. kung inaanyayahan lang naman.

one time lang ako nakagas sa puj lane. by accident pa. nalaman ko na lang na nung nakuha ko receipt. though tempting yung price, hindi ko rin iniisip na sadyaing pumila dun. nakakahiya e. dun na lang ako sa flying V or seaoil. masproactive pa sila sa pagmarket ng biodiesel.

"just using my common sense" bakit naman magiging illegal sya... kahit ibigay na libre yan basta may basbas ang may-ari it should be OK.
kung hindi naman naka separate ang tank at pump/nozzle na ginagamit ibig sabihin ay walang pagkakaiba sa quality dahil iisa ang source.

ako din po ginagawa ko yan. usually located yung pump dun sa dulo ng gasolinahan. pero minsan ay pinalipat ako dun sa regular pump kasi pang PUJ lang daw yun....
