if you really want really cheap fuel, then build a public C.R. I watched a documentary about Japan recently. yun C.R. drainage system naka-connect sa isang collecting tank. a Tank that collects urine.

anyway, the urine is being used to power fuel cells. fuel cells, when incorporated in cellphone batteries, will last you a month without recharging.

think big, think pinoy population, think daily patrons of SM Malls, think jampacked girl CR's in SM Malls, collect it ... kahit siguro magpabalik -balik from Sta. Rosa to Manila and back , tipid hehehe

How can urine be used to power fuel cells?... I know urine can be used as a substitute for the electrolyte in a standard wet-type battery. Don't fuel cells use the reaction of combining hydrogen and oxygen to produce electricity?

I think I've seen that. There was an article before about batteries utilizing urine... ech.

But what's more interesting is bio-cells that use bacterial action.

One of my favorites is the production of volatiles by using a bacterial oven to destroy trash. On bacterial action alone, you can melt organic wastes into a harmless sludge, while at the same time producing a not inconsiderable amount of gas.

And re: new fuel sources? As m2 has said... we've been using those for years. At the start of the automobile, we had hydrogen, steam, electricity, etcetera powered cars, but only gas and diesel cars prospered because of the relative cheapness of the fuel.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
