Ayosh!!!! It's about time to buy myself a Ford Navigator and a Ford F150 truck as my workhorse-everyday car. :D :D
dehins parin
tipid parin diesel per liter
isa pa, di basta basta tataas diesel dami rereklamo
relatively immature technology pa kasi ang hybrid engines. masyadong mataas ang cost of production nito. actually, i think hybrid manufacturers are losing money on each hybrid vehicle they sell. they just do it because the technology is promising in today's era of rising gas prices and is a necessary step in its evolution, and for the consumer, nagiging relatively affordable ang hybrids in part because of gov't subsidies.Originally Posted by frankosiz
Prices will just keep going up. Oil is a limited resource as said already. It will go to 40, even 50 pesos per liter, it is inevitable.
It would be wise for the govt. to consider the increased usage of alternative fuels and promotion of hybrid vehicles at this point in time.
I heard this would be started with buses plying the EDSA router which would run on hydrogen(or something similar). Bu then again I read this probably a year ago and still nothing has happened.
Just a thought.
Honestly Guys, I'm surprised to find out from a news I picked-up about a week ago that exported diesel is priced around $70/barrel, while Gasoline is only around $55/barrel. I am not sure why diesel is sold still cheaper than gasoline in the Philippines.
Anybody knows why?! Government subsidy maybe?
