Ser jut703, me Qs ulit ako

    1. pag nag start mejo amoy yung gas, na experience ko yun sa lahat ng 4 major oil players yung parang hindi nabu-burn ng husto yung gasolina. Pero sabi sa ibang thread normal daw yon lalo na pag long idle or from overnight.
    2. since you're from petrol industry, baka lang me alam ko kung magtutuloy-tuloy yung pagtaas ng gasolina. Nasa news kasi na baka this week eh me price hike.

    TIA

nag gas up na ko ng 30 liters lang. thinking ko kasi average out na lang sa magiging price difference between price hike or roll back next week. at least konti lang ang abuno kung price hike pero kung roll back naman, thank you lord....

    1. Iba iba amoy ng gasoline pag bagong start because it's affected by the aromatics of the additives. No problem at all.

    2. Yes tataas tomorrow for gasoline, but that's just because of the death of the Saudi King. General trend is still downward for the coming months. Check out the Oil Price Watch thread, I post weekly (sometimes daily) price trends there before it's announced in the news.

I go wherever there is a raffle in this case its Petron now because of their instant prize scratch card. Im not too particular about the brand of fuel that goes into my cars......as long as its from petron, shell, caltex or total. And those guys cover most of the areas i travel to anyway. I only use high octane when the car specifically requires it . The rest of the time its regular diesel or unleaded.

maganda hatak sa akin nyang caltex gold eh, kaya lang mabilis pa din maubos.
since cost of fuel is more important to me than the performance, dun na ako sa mas matagal maubos na average ang acceleration.
i dont know kung psychological lang o what, but i have been using din kasi excellium for two years already. nagpapakarga lang ako ng iba pag alanganin na yung nasa tangke ko.

No much difference naman pero kung hatak ang labanan I think petron fuel is good pero kung economical or fuel consumption matipid talaga ang fuel ng ptt base on my experience ah. I didn't try yet shell fuel or caltex medyo pricey kasi compare sa ptt 2 to 3 peso difference nila saka I base on full tank review on a crv 2003 so you know na matakaw na siya kasi old na siya ayun I tried din pala seaoil fuel but didn't continue because ptt is more accessible than seaoil di ko na din sinubukan un unioil near our place 1 to 2 peso difference din kasi sayang haha

I see. Im using kasi ngayon yung sa petron 93 ron thinking mejo matagal din sya maubos but has better quality compared sa 91ron pero ang bilis din nya maubos eh. Im thinking kung babalik ako sa 91 ng shell or try yung 95 ng ptt kung yung consumption nyo is parang 91ron lang.

Big 3 is still euro 2 standards compared with minor players euro 4. Can somebody confirm which fuel products are already in euro 4? Phoenix 98 user here.
