IMO, unless you have a bad sense of smell, its pretty easy to detect the LPG smell. When i gas up and a ratty, LPG taxi is at the next pump, you can really pick up that bad, irritating smell and you know there's a problem with their LPG system (leak, poor burn, etc).

Do we still get to keep the old tanks or, they will replace it with the LPG tank? How often do you guys use gasoline? Everyday, just during start up? My car now does 5~8 per liter, and 11 on the Hway. Matakaw for a 1.6. Sluggish pa umarangkada, kaya one of my option na talaga is itong LpG the other is ibenta ko na sasakyan. :D Pag may time backread naman ako.
Think on it well before you go ahead. If generally you're not happy with the car and really want to sell it then don't go LPG anymore and purchase first the vehicle you really want. If not, then converting your current ride to LPG will really help reduce fuel costs. Just be sure that your ride is in good running condition (no idling problems, cooling system is in order, no leaks, etc) as this will make the tuning easier and the troubleshooting less when they install the LPG kit.

I went to Baguio over the weekend and I took Marcos highway this time since there were some roadworks on Kennon (my usual route). For those unfamiliar with Marcos highway, towards the last section after the tunnel, there are a couple of cardiac climbs (it's straight but the road is deceptively steep that vehicles noticeably run out of breath and the underpowered ones literally crawl). I used LPG all the way and the car took that stretch just the same as if it would be running on gasoline (had to use 2nd gear to pass the slower cars though). I gassed up in Clean Fuel, Baguio and my FC going up was 10.9km/L. (My GPS monitor on the phone picked up a max speed of 176kph on SCTEX Tarlac).
