Generally you would be looking at SGI-LPG kit for your vehicle.

Can anybody recommend the best lpg kit for a ford escape, where and at what price range?
Try asking for a price quote at

GREENFUEL (check at the link)

how long will it be until i see a return in the investment considering that fuel prices have gone down? help!
depends on your current consumption. What is your current fuel consumption?

Hi sir..good day! You would be looking for an SGI system for your vehicle. Generally LPG and Fuel would have a difference of about 20 pesos per liter. Today there was a huge roll back! pump price now is at Php 26.00 so we should all be able to enjoy LPG again!
Pls. do give me a call * XXXXXXXXX so we could discuss in detail about your concerns!
Thanks! Cheers!

my experience sa total alabang until 36 li, sa cleanfuel 29-30 lang for a 40li donut tank. hinde naman ako lugi kasi kino compute ko based sa cut off pressure per station. try niyo i monitor on a week basis per station para more or less you get the same amount of lpg, then compare the mileage.
problem ko lang, i've had my lpg kit since july, i've observed that my mileage with the LPG system has gradually gone bad, at first i was getting around 9km/ltr for the first few weeks and the past month i'm down to 7km/ltr, the savings was really good when i had that 9km/ltr fuel consumption.

i might bring my kit back for a check up..

One of the downsides of LPG is its sensitivity to the air it takes in. Ngayon na LPG na ako, around every month na ako nag lilinis ng air filter (blower lang). Dirty air filters is a common factor to poor FC.

What kind of kit do you have?... if it's a venturi type, you just have to either clean your air filter or replace it.

hmm, i have similar observation sa lpg consumption ko, its like -1km since i have my lpg installed last august. di talaga ako makakuha ng better even when i drive 80% highways at 80kph ave. siguro i need to check and replace the air filter then observed again.

I'm using the washable air filter from Blade, I just cut out a tupperware tumbler for the tube extension and have the whole filter fitted inside the original filter box.

Original Innova/Fortuner/Hilux air filter cost P1030 that's is good only for 10000kms while the washable racing filter cost only P500 and it's reusable.

Today, I pull out all my Denso Iridium spark plugs, they are all clean and no tip erosion after 5000kms So far I'm happy with my GreenFuel conversion no noticeable difference with Petrol even on uphills.

It has been reported that Auto-LPG prices has rolled back by another P2/L yesterday. That should bring the average Auto-LPG price to P24/L.

Happy motoring!

Mostly independent stations are lower in price, Petron and Shell are still selling way too high. Yesterday night Total North Fairview still sells at P30.50/liter and no cars is filling up hehehe it's like a ghost town, who would want to buy 4 - 6 pesos more per liter

I might try other filling stations in E Rodriguez ave (Mega Savers) and Timog ave (XOOM), they all have the same lowered price.

I'm also experiencing bad fuel economy the past few fill-ups. I guess it's time for me to replace my air filter and see if there will be any difference in FC. I was usually getting around 9-10 km/li city and 12-13 km/li highway but now I was only able to achieve around 9.5 km/li highway drive. Could the air filter be the culprit or should I look somewhere else as well?? Since I had the kit installed about 3.5 mos ago, no adjustment had been made on the kit. Not sure if this should also be considered as a factor.

Try mo muna pa clean yung air filter mo the time you fill up at CleanFuel, they have free check up there with air filter cleaning using high pressure air nozzle.

LPGMA to roll back prices of products by P1/Kg
11/04/2008 | 03:05 PM

MANILA, Philippines - The LPG Marketers Association (LPGMA) on Tuesday announced that it will bring down the prices of liquefied petroleum gas by P1 per kilogram and autogas by P1 per liter.

The price rollback will take effect Tuesday midnight, LPGMA president Arnel Ty said in an interview over radio dzBB.

The latest price rollback will bring the price of a cylinder of LPG to P580, he added.

On Sunday, the LPGMA put into effect a P3/kg rollback for LPG and P1.50/liter rollback for autogas. Ty said they are bringing down prices following the spate of oil price decreases in the world market.
