iyong RON or octane rating has something to do with compression kung kailan mag self detonate ang fuel (knocking). Ang importante ay iyong energy content.
Ethanol has a high RON pero lower energy content than unleaded fuel.
para tipid, use the fuel with the lowest RON rating but is higher or the same as what your car needs.

Really depends on the car and what it's tuned for.
Whatever gasoline you get the best economy on is the gasoline you get the best economy on, whether it's 87 RON, 92 RON, 95 RON, 97 RON or aviation fuel.
RON only indicates the knock resistance of gasoline. And while typically, higher RON gasolines have lower energy density than low RON gasolines, engines tuned to use high RON can run more ignition timing (for more power) or leaner fuel maps (for better fuel economy) when filled with the right gasoline.
Basically, use the gasoline that gives you the best economy while meeting the minimum RON requirements of your engine.
